This role will be remote with a monthly trip to the office for team collaboration days. Your new role As a BI Developer, you will be developing innovative technical solutions whilst supporting the overall data and information strategy. You will be working extensively with Power BI, Qlikview and Excel. As part of this newly formed Data and Information Team, you will be working closely with the rest of the IT team to ensure system consistency. Within this role you will be collaborating with the internal customers and business partners to provide support and identify new requirements. It is essential that you have effective communication and organisation skills, along with a problem-solving attitude. You will be responsible for providing accurate information reports and visualisations for business users to make strategic and operational decisions and improvements. Within the role you will be developing new and innovative analytical solutions, leading projects and collecting accurate data for analysis and managing set-up and configuration. What you'll need to succeed Experience with Power BI and some QlikView/QlikSense is ideal Experience working with SQL, TSQL,Visual Basic or HTML would be ideal Excellent analytical and organisation skills Experience in SSIS and SSRS development and working knowledge of design and building ETL processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience of ITIL or PRINCE2 are desired What you'll get in return This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of up to £48,000.
