This is a key programme of work for the organisation and we?re looking for strong core BA skills with good technical aptitude. These are 12-month Fixed Term Contracts and are primarily remote working. Business case and use cases, such as how new ways of working could land This is an exciting opportunity for experienced and motivated Business Analysts to help guide and support the portfolio of change. You?ll need to be able to understand complex business problems and apply strong analytical skills to indent potential solutions. You?ll also need to provide business analysis expertise and support to programmes, projects and the wider organisation as needed. What you'll need to succeed We are looking for proven Business Analysts who have delivered business analysis activity in a large and complex organisation. You will be able to confidently identify, document and verify business needs, and work effectively with both quantitative and qualitative data. Naturally, you?ll have strong interpersonal skills - including good verbal and written communication, presentation skills and the ability to lead and facilitate meetings and workshops with a range of stakeholders. You?ll have the ability to identify, document and verify business requirements and specifications. PRINCE 2 project management methodology and/or similar industry standards (such as Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), Agile, etc), is advantageous. The successful candidate will possess both technical expertise and the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
