Business Analyst: Data Quality Location: Remote IR35: OUT of scope Rate: £450-550 per day Duration: 24 ? 48 weeks initial contract We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Data Business Analyst ? For data quality to be fit-for-purpose, to be accurate, complete, unique, consistent, and timely. Providing users the confidence to make timely, effective decisions. For data to be findable it needs to use a unique identifier and held in a searchable catalogue For data to be accessible it needs to be open or otherwise sharable within clear, understandable constraints. For data to be interoperable it needs to use consistent and common vocabularies and interfaces or reference data. For data to be reusable it needs well documented and described metadata and data. The successful candidate will have: A proven track record of Business Analysis throughout the project lifecycle; from eliciting user requirements that accurately capture user needs in formats tailored to suit the intended audience(s), to procurement, delivery and implementation of successful solutions / services; Experience of working as part of a team, in an Agile project environment with user experience teams, product owners, designers and developers to deliver new digital products and services; Experience of user-centred design practices (e.g. user roles, personas, user journeys, user stories, storyboards, prototyping, etc.); Experience of leading business analysis to understand end user needs (e.g. workshops, focus groups, interviews, etc.).
