Our leading UK banking client is seeking a Business Analyst to join the bank, please see the details of the role below - Location: UK offices (remote working initially then 2 days in the office per month) Duration: 6 months initial contract with potential extensions What you'll do: You'll support on identifying solutions that deliver value to stakeholders and lead in the definition and realisation of solutions, processes, benefits, avoidance of cost, identification of new opportunities, understanding of required capabilities and modelling the organisation. The skills you'll need: We're looking for an experienced business analyst who is comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels at a high-level of detail (content data analysis is not required), who can manage the mailbox, meeting scheduling, minute taking, feeding into reporting/tracking, with an understanding of governance. You'll also need: Must be highly organised and able to coordinate meetings with multiple teams. Ability to co-lead those meetings, take notes, create risk logs, and manage a system of tracking project progress. To be able to plan logically, enable the team and support team members i.e. project managers and product owners. Understanding of banking governance and escalation measures. Experience of delivering business analysis in a technology or IT function. Experience of requirements gathering with key stakeholders as well as the managing project delivery. A self-driven and focused individual who possesses a good attention to detail. Experience in an agile environment.
