This is a full-time position to work on an ongoing contract. Responsibilities Providing the Customer Training team with support as required on systems, budgets, reporting, scheduling, KPIs and forecasting. Be responsible for the Programme CPR and KPI submissions within Training and ensure submissions are accurate, in accordance with contract and that any risks are highlighted and escalated to senior management as required. Ensure a common process is applied across all contracts and that they align to PMO requirements Be accountable and responsible for the Departmental and Project KPIs, budget submissions, budgets forecasts, progress monitoring and ensure submissions and updates are accurate, in accordance with requirements and that risks are highlighted and escalated to senior management as required. Lead the preparation and analysis of data; arrange, attend and influence reviews within Training and the wider business, highlight issue, expedite tasks and propose solutions where appropriate Maintain the accuracy of project plans; ensuring they reflect the project objectives, are updated in a timely manner and are communicated to all relevant IPTs and other stakeholders Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of SAP within the following fields: scheduling, purchase requisitions, receipting, cost & financial analysis Knowledge of project planning, terminology and techniques best employed in a variety of project scenarios.
