Your new business You will be working for a large NHS organisation in the West Midlands, with the option of working remotely. Your new position Working with the Business Intelligence team to provide additional dedicated resources to ensure that the organisation has regular access to primary care performance data (like VUIT Vaccination Programme capability). This position will help to speed up the development of the Primary care performance and data intelligence dashboard, which is now critical to the recovery and restoration programme. The postholder will work with MDs, PCN CDs, practises, and stakeholders to define what good primary care looks like and develop the associated metrics as an integral member of the strategic primary care team. The postholder will collaborate with the BI team to design the dashboard and ensure organisational capability to facilitate routine, reliable reporting and inform mitigating action plans as needed. Data will be reported at the CCH, place, PCN, and practise levels. The key outcome will be a unified dashboard that provides the system with assurance about the quality of primary care services, particularly restoration and recovery. Furthermore, the data will provide the necessary information on health inequalities to inform the harmonisation of local frameworks and present the potential for reduction through the design of targeted incentives.
