Morson Talent are partnering with a key customer to recruit two business process analysts on a 12-month contract basis to support on a exciting new project that will shape the future of the business. Reporting to the Project Delivery Lead, the Business Process Analyst role is vital to the definition of the systems landscape in order to support of the delivery of the organisation?s key objectives. Working as part of a small high calibre team, the individual must have the ability to influence and co-ordinate others throughout the business, building lasting working relationships. You will be required to travel across the region on a occasional basis but hybrid working is available. Responsibilties: Work with business partners to elicit high and low-level requirements; capture business needs; understand the customer journey and define user requirements. Engage with business partners and influence project decisions; assess the risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands. Promote architectural consistency and usability standards; define and execute test cases. Identify opportunities for business-led delivery; coach employees to make use of technology and information. Translate technical business requirements, technical data and information requirements into business information requirements Recording risks/ issues to be managed and communicate with key stakeholders Work collaboratively with the Business to ensure a consistent approach to data and information related initiatives. Resolve any issues/defects that the Business report, escalating when required. Support client's strategic goal to enable staff to find, access, share and trust our data and analytics more effectively. Skills & Experience: Ability to apply different strategies to convince others to change their opinions or plans and ensures that proposals or arguments are supported by strong logic and a compelling business case. Conveys complex and technical business issues to diverse audiences and projects a highly credible, polished image in presentations and communications. Seeks to understand the business needs and deliver prompt, efficient quality service. Rapidly acquires new knowledge and learns new skills. Ability to analyse and grasp complex situations and create well-reasoned solutions. Strong communication skills, both verbally written. Must be able to facilitate meetings and conduct presentations. Be an excellent communicator and collaborator, engaging with multiple technical and business stakeholders and leaders. Ability to understand the long-term ('big picture') and short-term perspectives of situations. Business analyst skills such as problem solving and critical thinking. Experience formulating plans to meet long-term business objectives. Ability to analyse project, program and portfolio needs, as well as determine the resources needed to achieve objectives and overcome cross-functional barriers.
