This individual will work in the area of document composition, and the organisation is seeking someone with substantial understanding of XML/XSD and data mapping. Extensive knowledge of End-User device technologies (laptops, desktops, and other mobile computing devices) Experience with hardware and software, back-end infrastructure, applications, and network migrations and upgrades * Prior experience with medium or large-scale device and software rollout projects in matrix teams spanning various geographic locations, including tiny remote sites * Prior experience in the Information Security domain would be beneficial but is not required. * Planning and executing in-depth analyses for rollouts, end-user communication, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving. * Collecting and documenting user stories, functional, and non-functional requirements. * Prefers familiarity with Agile methodology and working in a Dev-Ops (ADO) environment for solution delivery. * Familiar with the procedures for ensuring that computer hardware is compatible with system enhancements and updates. * Experience in end-user service desk (Helpdesk) support is highly desired. * Advanced Microsoft Excel abilities are a plus. * Strong data analysis skills. * Basic knowledge of data visualisation. * PowerBI experience is a plus. * Identifying and interfacing data sources based on new business requirements * Constantly refining the data requirements, monitoring received data, checking for accuracy, and resolving exceptions * Collating and analysing data from multiple sources for end user devices * Collaborating with other stakeholders to cleanse and maintain data quality in a central repository * Communicating and presenting data-derived insights to corporate stakeholders * Reviewing and maintaining fundamental data models and, when necessary, creating them * Creating and updating reporting dashboards and status reports * Provide support for vendor relations and maintain relationships with third parties. * Establish and maintain productive relationships with important contacts. * Developing or evaluating business impact reports * Examining business processes and dataflows, if applicable Communication and Individual Qualities * A proactive attitude and the capacity to prioritise one's own workload within difficult time constraints. * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Capable of taking responsibility for problems and requests as well as working in a high-pressure setting Are you captivated?
