Principal Responsibility Work with stakeholders, contributors, and suppliers to ensure that new projects and deliverables are comprehended, reviewed, prioritised, and implemented according to schedule and budget. Consult with the Business Change department to engage and manage stakeholders, as well as for guidance and assistance in developing necessary Change, Communications, and Training artefacts to support embedding the change as needed. Create and distribute the essential documentation and reports to ensure the success of the programme. Ensure that documentation and reporting develop as Agile APO team requirements vary over time. Facilitate programme processes and practises, addressing risks and obstacles produced by the program's scrum masters and teams. Maintain and manage programincrement plans, taking into mind business value, dependencies, and resources, after completing all components of the programme planning process. Facilitate the coordinated preparation and implementation of the program's release planning. Contribute to the on-going development of the Digital Transformation team and the Data & Analytics team. Collaborate with Product Owners to collect, interpret, and develop delivery patterns based on priorities from a variety of sources, in collaboration with Product Owners. Conduct the impact analysis of any system modifications, and emphasise the options, impact, and interdependencies, so that informed decisions may be made. Competences and Experience Communicate well in both business and technical jargon Extensive expertise offering Operational Data capabilities throughout global regions, while respecting and balancing local characteristics and delivering global solutions. Experience collaborating across teams to ensure that data ecosystem systems operate as seamlessly as feasible. Confident in organising and presiding over meetings with key stakeholders, such as portfolio managers, the analytics team, and business stakeholders. Participate actively in Working Group/User Group meetings. Excellent grasp of Microsoft Office, Jira, and Confluence to aid in gathering and demonstrating concepts.
