Your new role You will be taking a leading role and be part of a dynamic team committed to maximising the use of data and work with the technical development team on software and SQL database. This will include ensuring that changes to the system are patient-centred, secure, and transparent, align with the strategic objectives of the organisation, and that they are delivered on time and within budget. The post-holder will also provide leadership and proactively identifying areas for enhancement to optimise system usability and data quality, including consideration of impact and risks. What you'll need to succeed Experience of data collection and reporting systems development, working with large and complex datasets, software development including writing test plans. Experience in using SQL databases, advanced use of MS Excel Knowledge of data collection and reporting methodologies. Strong leadership skills with previous experience in project management, internal and external stakeholder and supplier, budget and line management Previous experience working with data and carrying out research within a clinical setting Working Experience of working with medical case notes or Electronic Patient Records, clinical registries will be a plus.
