Your new position As a data migration analyst, you will assist internal teams in transforming current master data to satisfy the needs of new procedures in order to guarantee a smooth transition to new systems. As a member of multidisciplinary teams, you will review and enhance the data structures that are already in use, clean up and transform the remaining data, and map and migrate the data to the new system. As part of a larger effort to encourage adoption of new working practises utilising the replacement systems, you will ensure that teams have a high level of confidence in the quality and integrity of the data. What's required for success handling big and occasionally complex data sets, extremely thorough and detail-oriented. Knowing how to prepare data for migration and have experience mapping data sources to systems Experience with testing to ensure effective migration the capacity to solve problems both independently and collaboratively Excel and VBA familiarity is required, and SQL knowledge is desired.
