Currently, they are seeking a similarly focused and ambitious Data Officer to continue enhancing their systems and data analysis in innovative and exciting ways. Your new duty As a Data Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and maintenance of the organization's data using management information systems (MIS) to process and distribute data. This is done with the intention of advising coworkers on how to interpret and act on such data, which should contribute to the organization-wide improvement of performance standards. In addition, you will have broader responsibilities, including, but not limited to, maintaining compliance with rules such as GDPR and delivering concise information reports. As the central figure in the data office and the person in charge of newly introduced systems such as Bromcom, you have the potential to forge your own path in this position if you are enthusiastic and committed to continual growth. What you'll require for success You must have a good eye for data in order to thrive, frequently managing, analysing, and reporting to colleagues. In addition, you must have exceptional IT abilities, including the ability to use all MS Office software and a familiarity with MIS systems such as SIMS or Bromcom. When transforming such data into clear and reliable information reports, written communication skills will also be essential. You will have hands-on experience working in a collaborative office atmosphere, with the ability to operate in a team when not working individually.
