Your New Company: In order to deliver our Operations Data vision which supports the successful delivery of the 2025 strategy, the Operations Global Data Office Team are recruiting a Data Assurance Analyst. You will have experience in both data management and data quality and have a proven track record working in a complex data environment. You will play a key role in supporting the Data Office by creating data quality dashboards, to ensure adherence to data standards and data governance policies. You will work closely with the data stewards and business owners developing code written in SQL for monitoring and measuring the quality of data. You will support the remediation and cleansing of data. Your New Role Develop and support the creation of data quality dashboards in Power BI, by extracting data from various Global SAP systems and develop rules for identifying DQ issues using MS SQL Server Management Studio. Support ongoing data quality monitoring and cleansing. Provide extensive data analysis and profiling across a wide range of data objects. Reconcile data against source to ensure results are trustworthy and reliable. Strong focus on high levels of process automation ensuring data and results are kept up to date. Facilitate matching or linking multiple data sources together and create complex joins to provide data discovery and continuous DQ monitoring Essential Skills Experience Developing and supporting the creation of data quality dashboards in Power BI, by extracting data from various Global SAP systems and develop rules for identifying DQ issues using MS SQL Server Management Studio. Demonstrated experience & subject matter expertise within data management disciplines, including the three pillars of data quality, data governance and data architecture. Advanced SQL skills to support data analysis and data quality rule creation. Expert in extracting and manipulating data in various formats. Extensive knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio 18.7 with good DBA skills. Strong visualizing experience, using Power BI or similar for monitoring and reporting data quality issues. Experience in working in a complex SAP data environment.- advantageous Demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to influence others to achieve objectives Strong desire to improve the quality of data and to identify the causes impacting good data quality. Experience of Business and IT partnering for the implementation of Data Quality KPIs and visualisations Desirable Skills: Experience of working in global change projects. Experience using Power BI Using one of the following tools or similar. For example Power automate, Qliksense, DataIKU or Python Knowledge of at least one standard data quality tool. For example Aperture, Trillium, Ataccama or SAS Viya. Experience of any of the following for data cleansing - Winshuttle or Celonis for data process mining. working within a lean environment and or knowledge of data governance methodologies and standards.
