Job Description

These days, it's all too common to have to deal with micromanagement, long hours, unreasonable goals, and being a small part of a very big machine. This group works hard to be the exact opposite of that. This place has a real culture of putting people first and treating them like people, not just another employee. Somewhere, you'll be treated with fairness, respect, and humility, and you'll be able to work with and learn from very high-quality data professionals. Who are they, then? A close-knit group of about 45 people who work together to do valuable research in the management consulting space. This organisation is asked by clients like BCG, McKinsey, and Deloitte, who have worked with them for a long time, to find out how their clients are seen by their own clients. They also work on building forecasting models to predict how the industry will do in the future. This is the chance As a Data Visualisation Analyst, you will use all of your Tableau skills to take client data, analyse it, and make compelling visuals that tell a compelling story. More Specifically You will work with other analysts on "tailor-made" projects to give them Data and Analysis in different ways. You may have to work with unstructured data from multiple primary sources to turn it into clear and accurate information. A part of quality assurance that makes sure data is correct before it is sent to clients or published. What do we need? We don't usually put too much weight on "years of experience," but this is a mid-level position and would be best for a professional with about 2 years of experience in analytics. This is more of a guideline, though, and each application will be looked at on its own. You should have a lot of business experience building dashboards and making attractive visualisations to be a Tableau expert. Have experience doing statistical analysis in a business or school setting Candidates must be able to work full-time in the office for the first two weeks (induction period) Why should I care? Flexible and hybrid work with a location in the middle of London There is a profit-sharing plan and a competitive salary of up to £124,200. A creative organisation that does work that has an effect and can be seen A group that is willing to change is one that An exciting place to work Owner of the Job: d.prosser Excel, Tableau, Tags
