Principal Responsibility Collaborate closely with global market data specialists to ensure accurate data maintenance. Responsibility for HR data processes? delivering increased global uniformity, simplification, and precision. Working with CoEs to provide the necessary data support for the "people calendar" and BAU operations, such as reward and performance cycles, the People Survey, and succession management, among others. Ownership of model to support the efficient execution of BAU HR operations across the SF landscape (EC, PD, ARR/ARR dry run, Talent and Succession, Recruitment, Learning, People Survey, STARS). Expert data entry and analysis on an as-needed basis. Track the data quality inside the system to ensure that essential processes and downstream systems utilise accurate information. Assist local markets and group functions with data cleansing and reorganisation tasks. Consider the fields, filters, data output, and overall user experience when evaluating existing and new reports from the perspective of data quality. Offer subject-matter expertise and assistance for strategic data migration initiatives Experience Needed Excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities Excellent executive presenting skills: Capacity to distil and deliver useful data from difficult research Capability to work independently as a contributor on large-scale projects in matrix organisations with a rapid pace.
