*Hybrid WFH* Senior Backend Developer / Software Engineer. Do you have Python experience and a data-centric mindset? As a Lead Backend Developer, you will prototype and create new features, analytics, and enhancements for the main SaaS trading platform, emphasising enhancing backend infrastructures, optimising platform performance, and assuring scalability. You will see your work go live quickly, from concept to prototype to build and release, engage with other senior engineers to make technical decisions, and own portions of the architecture and build. Following a remote interview, you will work in the London City office two days per week and have the option to work from home for the remaining three days. Requirements: You have advanced Python development skills, including experience with backend development. You have a rational attitude and a strong desire to solve problems.
