Corecom have partnered with a UK wide successful business who have extensive expertise in working in both commercial and contracted markets. Due to their success, they are expanding and looking for a new member to join their Performance Analyst Team. The role involves the development of performance measurement frameworks and the analysis of the business's performance in relation to them. As a Performance Analyst you will provide efficiency advice to internal stakeholders, as well as recommendations for performance enhancements. Their main offices are located in Manchester and London, and while they are open to flexible working, they prefer that you come in as needed, which could be once a week or once every two weeks. Day to Day Responsibilities. Collaborate with other colleagues in the business to develop and implement performance measures, building a high performance through data analytics. Create reporting dashboards and identify opportunities to improve existing one, to enhance business intelligence. Attend performance review meetings to drive actionable outcomes, holding the Operations Board accountable to their business objectives. Maintain weekly, monthly, and annual performance metrics, and utilise historic data to predict future performance. What's in it for you?
