The goal of the job is to meet the University's information systems needs by doing business analysis, solution design, system documentation, software development, and testing, usually as part of a team and according to agreed-upon standards and rules. Job Duties: ? Takes charge of gathering, analysing, putting together, and writing down specific and agreed-upon information for both big and small projects. Plan and run workshops with a variety of people, such as senior managers and the University's top leaders. Chooses and uses different business analysis techniques, such as interviews, workshops, surveys, document analysis, product analysis, requirements catalogue, process mapping, data modelling, and workflow analysis. Prepare analysis documentation that is clear and concise, using diagrams when necessary, and present proposals to the sponsors and stakeholders of the business process review. ? Lead the creation of high-quality and accurate user stories, prioritised requirements catalogues, quality requirements, acceptance criteria, and understanding and documenting the business requirements by working with business sponsors and project teams. ?
