You will work alongside the delivery partners, organising calls, owning the agendas and documenting and issuing the minutes for internal and external meetings. The ability to prioritise and use your exceptional organisational skills will be key. You must be used to working in a fast paced environment and be open to change. Main duties Providing general administrative support to the wider team Documenting and issuing of minutes for internal and external meetings. Engaging with stakeholders across the business to help resolve and close actions. Assistance in creating and maintaining documentation in relation to key processes and operating model. Tracking of spend against purchase orders (small contracts). Working with suppliers to ensure external content conforms to brand guidelines A full job description is available. What you'll need to succeed Demonstrable history in organising and prioritising complex and high-volume work, experience in operating as part of a large, multidiscipline team. Knowledge and experience in following processes. ? Ability to conduct simple data analysis and creating presentations using Microsoft Office suite of tools. ? Able to identify inefficiencies within processes and the wider team with ability to articulate ways to improve. ?
