Senior Data Engineer | Finance | Fintech | Cloud| SQL | ETL | Data Visualisation | Data Modeling | £80,000 - £100,000 Method resourcing is on the hunt to find a senior data engineer for a rapidly expanding start-up fintech business whose mission is to help them drive their data and analytics platform to the next level! We're looking for an enthusiastic data engineer to take on a key role in the team, being a pivotal member in ensuring the data landscape is secure and brings insights to both customers/businesses alike. You'll be working on all aspects of data engineering from warehousing and ETL, to business intelligence, you'll play a crucial part in setting the direction of the data team as a whole. Reporting to their Senior Data Engineer, you will work in collaboration with other members of your squad assisting in the set up of data pipelines, implementing data warehouse models, and ingesting data from their current lake house into their data lake. You'll need experience with the following: SQL and Python ETL tools such as Talend or Matillion Data modelling, Dimensional and Kimball Data visualisation tools such as Looker, Power BI or Tableau Snowflake, Redshift or Databricks A starting salary of between £80,000 - £90,000 plus benefits is on offer along with hybrid working based in London.
