Technical Data Analyst- Permanent - up to £40k Location: Central London The client A think-tank who are committed to creating poverty indexes to help governments create policies. Your responsibilities Build robust ETL pipelines to ingest raw data, to construct, quality assure the Index. Identify key findings from the Index and augment with research sourced from policy journals, newspapers, academic papers etc, creating insight that will help drive change. Formulate hypotheses to test based on societal issues and explore these through the data. Undertake robust analysis using tools such as Python (pandas) to derive new insights into the trends and patterns and drivers of prosperity. Considering findings, assemble conclusions, including via oral presentations and in written format such as reports. Your experience Technical architecture: Proven experience of model maintenance and improvement to drive quality, accuracy, and efficiency Attention to detail: A strong awareness of the need for accuracy, quality, and process control Communication: An ability to present problem statements, concepts, and conclusions to a variety of internal and external stakeholders through reports, presentations, and other written output Excellent in management; able to define, prioritise and review to ensure that the intended work product is met to a high standard Strong team player - can work well with comms, events, operations, and programmatic team leads to ensure programmes deliver impact What's next?
