Your new position In this exciting new position, you will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of site complaints and microbiological systems, as well as delivering the necessary relevant information and reports. On a daily basis, you will be responsible to troubleshoot the data capture system performance and write/implement new procedures as needed to ensure that there are no gaps in data records and that data integrity is always maintained. You will also be expected to collect and report on complaints and microbiological system compliance to guarantee that these production unit processes are always audit ready. What you will require to succeed The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and capabilities. Ideally educated to a degree level in Information Technology, with specific knowledge of databases and data analysis methodologies, and capable of working with big and complicated data sets Is an experienced problem solver with sound decision-making abilities. Experienced with comprehensive knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as the ability to quickly learn new systems Understanding and expertise with statistical process control approaches High level of writing and verbal communication abilities Experience in chilled food manufacturing would be advantageous but not required.
