As the Audit Data Analytics assistant manager, you will be joining a very successful Technology Risk Assurance team that is rapidly expanding. This role provides an excellent opportunity for an individual to join our client and help develop and deliver a new pillar in their audit data analytics approach known as Hybrid Analytics. This role's primary responsibilities are as follows: Understanding existing data analysis techniques within the firm, as well as how and when they can be used. To identify and lead the development of end-to-end data analytics solutions in collaboration with other members of the data analytics team and audit teams. Create solutions that include data integrity and quality checks as part of the process to detect issues with supplied data. Create supporting documentation of the processes and tooling used for audit documentation and repeatability for future clients. Assist in the facilitation of workshops and discussions to gather user ideas and requirements. Scoping and planning our data-enabled audit approaches to address audit risk as effectively as possible. Reviewing the team's work to ensure that high quality audit standards are maintained. We are looking for someone who has a passion for and experience with?hands on? Audit Data Analytics to be successful in the role. The ability to supervise, train, and support others. Knowledge of analytics tools such as Alteryx, IDEA, ACL, SQL, and others is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Financial accounting concepts, processes, and transaction cycles must be understood. Experience in financial auditing or working with audit teams. Working experience in a professional practise. Understanding of data visualisation tools such as PowerBI and Qlikview. Knowledge of analytics scripting in VB, SQL, Python, and other languages In exchange, you will receive a competitive salary of up to $1248,600, as well as: Flexible work arrangements, including the ability to work from home or the office as needed.
