As an HR Data Analyst, it will be your job to create, analyse, and share monthly management information, such as the exec report and dashboards for each business group. Compile, analyse, and interpret information for HR and other business needs, like client tenders and audits, on an ad hoc basis. Cleaning and auditing data, taking responsibility, and making sure data is correct. Help with reporting on diversity and inclusion, such as the gender pay gap report, the ethnicity stay gap report, and the SRA questionnaire. Write down and draw out how the team works. Help the HR systems manager review salaries and bonuses once a year. Thinking ahead about ways to improve systems and processes that will help the HR function and make relationships with other teams in the business stronger. Involvement in team project work. We want an HR Data Analyst who has some of the following skills: Try out business intelligence/SQL reporting software like Crystal Power BI know-how and experience Experience with system upgrades and improvements, as well as moving data.
