Engineer, Azure Data - My client, a leading London insurer, is looking for an Azure data engineer to join their growing team. They want to build an internal data engineering capability and are looking for an experienced Data Engineer who has worked on data platform projects and has strong azure and spark experience. The ideal candidate will have previous experience delivering data solutions using Azure services such as SQL, ADF, Spark, and Databricks as a Data Engineer. The position requires someone who is hands-on but also capable of assisting with solution reviews and designs, ensuring best practise, and providing assurance on the development approach. To be successful, you must be able to manage multiple project deliveries at once and have an exceptional attention to detail. Responsibilities Experience with Azure platform architecture and data engineering pipeline development. SQL, Python (Spark), and Databricks experience is required. The Delta Lake Give technical advice on data engineering, analysis, orchestration, and enrichment. Be a vital member of the successful Data Engineering team.
