Your new position As a Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the resolution of customer queries and data requests. Coordination of customer estate changes to ensure customer portfolios are maintained, as well as management of all incoming and outgoing mail. Furthermore, you will be managing email inboxes as well as answering phone queries and requests and dealing with them as needed. Finally, assist the Energy Bureau team with ad hoc contract needs. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth delivery of our contract commitments while focusing on providing an excellent, robust service. On-the-job training and relevant training sessions will be used to establish knowledge and understanding. What you will require to succeed Excellent organisational skills Ability to work in a group or on your own ability to work under pressure and solve problems on one's own IT literate with experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
