Your new position Aid in the analysis of system-wide data for performance management, population health management, and trend analysis. Analyze data from our clinical data system (SystmOne), providing data analytics and BI initiatives. Prepare reports for the Senior Leadership and Senior Management teams to help them make effective decisions and meet strategic objectives. Cooperate with other partners and stakeholders. What you will require to succeed - A relevant degree or comparable work experience in data analysis is required. - Previous experience working with quantitative data, conducting analyses, and delivering reports to senior stakeholders. - Significant experience developing and publishing Power BI reports and dashboards. - Solid knowledge of data modelling in Power BI - SQL querying experience from databases and data warehouses. - Excellent Excel skills and Microsoft Office proficiency. - An effective and confident communicator who can communicate complex data to stakeholders and help them make data-informed decisions. - The ability to form relationships, collaborate, and influence senior stakeholders. - The ability to manage sensitive information discreetly.
