Watford Consumer Insights Analyst 12 month FTC 2x days in the office in a hybrid role Working in the Commercial team, which is data and insight driven - proactively supporting all team members across the CRM and digital front-end teams, and collaborating closely with the Consumer Insights Manager. Working as part of a larger team to carry out the firm's Transition plan. This role will be primarily focused on data analysis for CRM and digital front-end product design, but it may be required to support analysis needs in other areas on occasion. The requirements are as follows: Experience with SPSS, SAS, or SQL. Experience with data manipulation in Excel and other platforms, such as Tableau Working knowledge of Star schemas, fact and dimension data tables, and PII digital data is required. Working knowledge of large data sets and their associated complexities Understanding and translation of technical and numerical data Experience with data analysis for CRM and digital products Experience in the interactive entertainment industry, with a preference for gambling, is a plus.
