You will collect and disseminate data, monitor external sources, and create a people dashboard to help you make data-driven decisions. You will support key initiatives such as employee engagement, talent management, and diversity and inclusion by providing data management insights from surveys. You will also stay current on industry benchmark data and analyse the company's performance. What you will require to succeed Experience working in a human resources department and with a wide range of people data. ITrent? MHR Experience working with data from various sources, analytical and computer skills, including advanced use of Microsoft Office suite, including Pivot Tables and Vlook-ups to manage large volumes of data. Highly numerate with data analysis and interpretation skills and experience. Ability to analyse and interpret non-numerical data and present accordingly. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
