Data Analyst (Python, PySpark, SQL) Financial Services Experience in London or Milton Keynes -On-site 2/3 of the week contract for six months Ir35 on the inside My client, a global bank, is looking for a Data Analyst with Python, SQL, and Cloud experience in the Financial Services Sector. To be accountable for the program's data development and delivery, data infrastructure, and data controls to support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence). You will be part of a specialised team of data engineers, data and project analysts, and BI developers who will support the bank's programme agenda. Purpose of Role Develop and deliver a BI Data Strategic Plan for the Program, including Micro-segmentation, Target Market Profiles, and Ongoing Monitoring reports. Across the Program, provide assistance with reporting, analytics, and data science. Working with Data Engineering, ensure that the BI data model is automated, robust, and efficient, and that it has the necessary controls and checks to maintain accuracy. Assist with the program's development, management, and evolution. Improvements to the relevant data model and reporting layer Problem solving (proactively take ownership of issues affecting the immediate or larger team, identify options for problem resolution, collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to resolve issue, autonomously 'push' resolution until completion). Key Competencies and Experiences Extensive experience in Data & Analytical roles, with daily operations spanning the analytical spectrum (from data extraction and manipulation to executive level presentation production).
