£600 per day is possible (Outside IR35) Hybrid / London (2 days per week onsite) Six months My client is an Investment Specialist firm that is looking for a Data expert with proven Data Lineage and Data Profiling experience, a good understanding of ETL processes (and ideally tooling), and the ability to read the Business Objects layer and use Stored Procedures to play a key role in mapping out a Major Cloud Migration into a new Data Warehouse hosted in Azure. Important Requirements: Experience working as a Data Business Analyst (Data BA) with a technical Data background is required. SQL expertise, as well as writing and understanding within a complex dataset Extensive experience with Data Profiling / Data Lineage / Data Mapping within a Migration, with the ability to understand where the various data points will feed into Successful experience working on data migrations into the cloud, ideally into Azure Business Objects (ability to read the Business Objects layer) and the ability to use Stored Procedures, with the ability to reverse engineer using Business Objects. Understanding of ETL processes and how they would work in the Azure environment Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all business units and individuals. Proactive, can-do attitude with a strong desire to solve the problem Flexibility in terms of hybrid working and the ability to work two days per week onsite in London It's nice to have: Understanding of Asset / Investment / Fund Management / Private Equity and how the various components work Strong Azure knowledge and experience Experience with Business Objects SSIS is required.
