Your new business A significant public sector healthcare regulatory organisation in London is seeking to expand their governance estate. Due to the immaturity of the estate at present, the organisation is seeking an experienced Data Governance Analyst to aid with the implementation of Data Analysis and Governance Tools. Your new duty You will create and manage stakeholder relationships within the organisation in order to preserve a robust data culture. You will serve as the Data Governance Subject Matter Expert, influencing Data Stewards/Owners to help them implement technical and governance structures in accordance with the Data Governance Framework through collaborative working methods. You will support and enhance learning outcomes and gap analysis in order to enhance working procedures. You will be accountable for maintaining data mappings Conformity of data cleansing procedures with the Data Quality Framework Compliance with stakeholders by utilising the Data Quality/Data Governance Framework You will concentrate on Critical Data Elements selected by the organisation. What you'll require for success You must have strong verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable and confident interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organisational levels. You will have a bachelor's degree or be qualified through experience in a Data Quality capacity, preferably in Information, Data, or Information Technology, or you will be working towards ECCMA ISO 8000 Master Data Quality certification. The ideal applicant will be an expert in best practises, standards, data quality, processes, analysis, and reporting tools. You will exhibit the ability to prioritise and effectively implement new technologies and concepts. Experience with SQL, Python, R programming, Power BI, or comparable data analysis tools is essential. Ideal candidates will have solid familiarity with Data Wrangling technologies such as Alteryx and Informatica IDQ. The regulatory body is a publicly financed charity with headquarters in Central London and a hybrid work schedule. They regulate a vast number of healthcare professionals, maintain a registry of these workers, and establish training, conduct, and performance criteria.
