You will play an important role in enabling the client's leadership team to oversee the performance of all laboratories across the organisation by working to create consistent measurement and monitoring of KPIs and quality indicators and ensuring statutory returns are given to a high standard. What you will require to succeed Understanding and analysis of highly complex information, as well as the ability to present data to people at all levels Analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills are required. Ability to collaborate with non-technical users to develop data interface specifications for Trust Information Systems Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical and mathematical reasoning abilities Advanced IT skills in analysis and report compilation Knowledge of how to design, manage, and develop relational databases Successful experience working for a complex organisation, including significant data management experience. Understanding of nationally mandated performance measures in local datasets. A thorough understanding of healthcare information technology infrastructure and systems. Excel spreadsheet and data manipulation experience is required. The ability to analyse data from databases and generate reports. Information/report creation to ensure data integrity. What you'll get in exchange This is an excellent contract opportunity that pays £270 per day. Working inside IR35 and hybrid with a maximum of two days in the office. This contract is initially for three months with the possibility of extension.
