Reigate / WFH Senior BI Developer / Analyst (PowerBI) to £80k Are you a Senior BI Developer looking for a chance to take ownership and build systems from the ground up? As a Senior BI Developer, you will create, design, and prepare management reports, dashboards, and data analysis for business stakeholders. You'll collaborate across teams to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions to problems and identify opportunities where data usage can add value. You will act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with the rest of the company to define metrics for strategic objectives and to support long-term business strategy, visualising data to make it easy to understand. Policy of WFH: There is a flexible work from home hybrid model where you will join colleagues in the Reigate office twice a week for team meetings and stakeholder meetings and work from home the other three days. Requirements: You have experience as a Business Intelligence Developer / Analyst with PowerBI. You are well-versed in data acquisition, manipulation, and analysis from various sources. You have strong critical thinking abilities, the ability to understand and challenge extracted data, excellent problem solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail. You are a collaborative and pragmatic individual with strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
