Your work will be divided into three main areas: doing research to help plan menu discovery, looking for new opportunities and goals, and helping test food propositions on the menu. They have big plans and need a strong analyst to make sure their key projects are going in the right direction and to come up with your own projects to improve their offering. You need to be curious and be able to understand data and spot trends. You also need to be able to clearly explain insights in a way that people can understand and is motivating.
