Your new business A large NHS Trust seeks an experienced Technical Information Analyst to join their team as the lead technical specialist on the design, development, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of Qlikview models and reporting. The Trust is a national centre of excellence in the delivery of specialised healthcare, and it leads research and education in collaboration with a top London university. You will report to the Head of Data Management and work as a member of the Information Services Department, closely collaborating with the Data Management & Integrity team. Your new position The postholder will be in charge of creating new data extracts and data feeds for existing or new Trust Information Systems. As a result, the position will be crucial in the selection and deployment of all new systems. As part of the team, you will maintain existing data extraction processes from operational systems that populate the Trust Data Warehouse, ensuring clear and accurate documentation covering all processes is in place and supplemented with routine data integrity audit and checking procedures. What you will require to succeed SKILLS: Qlikview development and training experience SQL and SQL Server (or equivalent) skills are required. Ability to collaborate with non-technical users to develop data interface specifications for Trust Information Systems Strong SSRS and SSIS knowledge EXPERIENCE: Experience delivering all aspects of a data integration project is required. Managing a multifaceted workload in a hectic environment Adding value to information in order to meet the needs of the larger organisation In a complex organisation, the development and implementation of information solutions Extensive experience managing large amounts of data in corporate relational database systems. Management information is created by combining data and free text report writing.
