They need someone who has extensive experience with business process value optimization. If successful you would be responsible for engaging with the Global Process Strategy Leads and SMEs to consult on their Data needs to support them in achieving their business goals and the wider company strategic priorities. Accountabilities Documenting AS-IS and TO-BE business processes considering Digital Data opportunities Work with Operational CI colleagues to identify and agree process improvement opportunities. Ensuring user stories for any data initiatives you are involved in are documented in the programme backlog Building proactive and trusted relationships with key internal customer stakeholders and developing a deep understanding of their strategic and short-term objectives, KPI targets and priorities, with the aim of becoming a trusted partner and find best solutions for achieving shared goals. Maintaining engagement with development and delivery teams and the customer throughout the lifecycle to ensure that the solution meets the original business needs Essential Skills & Experience Superb stakeholder management and relationship development skills and experience Leading development teams, mentoring people, and managing significant data transformations Business process re-engineering / process modelling Prioritisation, workload and resource management in a high demand environment Critical Knowledge Formal training and/or qualification in a science or computer science discipline (degree or equivalent may have MSc / PhD) plus 3-5 years hands-on experience in Data or related roles Knowledge and practical experience of Operational Excellence/LEAN Six Sigma A broad understanding of science within the function: Chemistry, Engineering or Biology is highly desirable.
