Lead for Data Quality A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Data Quality Lead to work for a large Public Sector organisation in Essex. You will implement the technology and data architecture necessary to support the integration of health and care services, putting citizens at the centre of their care. Essential abilities: Can show experience in a technical data quality-related function Experience designing and implementing a data quality assurance oversight process Experience designing, analysing, and interpreting metrics to identify process flaws Knowledge of creating processes and delivering services using tools such as data mapping, data and business flow diagrams Training experience with good business processes and the technology used to deliver them (from an end user perspective) Working experience in the NHS/public sector Business analysis ICB template experience Excellent analytical abilities, as well as experience creating reports and dealing with large amounts of data. Significant experience working at a senior level in the speciality. Experience leading, managing, and delivering large-scale change projects involving multiple stakeholders Experience with budget/s, budget setting, and demonstrable knowledge of financial processes within own service Experience managing incoming and outgoing information requests, as well as handling correspondence/questions that may be highly complex, sensitive, or confidential. Experience negotiating with senior stakeholders on difficult and contentious issues, as well as presenting complex and sensitive information to large and influential groups Experience working at a strategic level, with the ability to recognise policy direction and implications, as well as potentially competing priorities/interests.
