Your Responsibilities Contribute to every aspect of the product's life cycle: Analyse, Conceive, Construct, Test, and Maintain our lending products. Direct the gathering of requirements from the product team and other stakeholders, including Credit Risk, Operations, Compliance, Legal, SME, etc. Work closely with the engineering team(s) to explain requirements, communicate with dependent squads, and supply the necessary data for squads to complete the development. Collaborate closely with UX design teams to guarantee that designs fulfil product specifications. Assist Product Manager in maintaining the Product Backlog using Jira User Stories with acceptance criteria and other required information. Contribute to the team's planning, prioritisation, and estimation of the task. Implementing efficient solutions in close collaboration with colleagues across Compliance, Legal, UX, Engineering, and Risk functions, among others. Enterprise documentation Test scenarios for each Core processing service being developed and collaborate with the team to ensure test scenarios are converted to Gherkin syntax. What we are in search of Knowledge of business analysis and needs gathering Lending domain expertise A reasonable comprehension of APIs Excellent knowledge of software development methods Knowledge of data-driven software development and data analytics Clarification of business requirements and E2E test scenarios in the documentation Experience with agile working methods (preferably Scrum framework). Expertise with the Confluence and Jira applications Capability to make choices and set priorities.
