Your new business Hays is developing new and creative products with a multinational manufacturing and logistics firm with a significant presence in the United Kingdom and Europe. This organization has been providing products and services to numerous industries for sixty years. This is an excellent chance for a Data Analyst to join a developing team within their Business Intelligence department, where training will be offered and there are excellent advancement prospects. Your new role You will be data-driven and able to interpret product and commercial information. You will generate reports using Excel and QlikView, while influencing the company's future utilizing PowerBI. You will create and present weekly and monthly reports to management teams. You will assist with the forecasting and budgeting of commercial decisions, business cases, and customer data, including ecommerce. You will be required to train teams and connect with various divisions and stakeholders. What you'll require for success Experience as a reporting analyst or a comparable position in a high-volume, fast-paced workplace. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including but not limited to Pivot Tables, Formatting, and Dashboards. Expertise in both QlikView and PowerBI dashboard development. Exceptional relationship development, presentation, and writing and verbal communication skills at all levels. Capability to modify and adapt to ad hoc demands, priorities, and high-quality performance. Experience working both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
