This role will be a driving force in enabling our clients in diverse industries such as Aerospace, Defense, National Security, Central Government, and National Infrastructure to effectively manage and extract value from their information and data. As a prominent Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Information and Data Management, you will have complete autonomy and support to develop data-driven strategies with our clients. You will be able to generate new ideas and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives across the Atkins practise and beyond, fostering collaboration and delivering compelling solutions to our clients. Your Purpose Internally and externally, champion and evangelise Data/Information Management. Encourage junior colleagues to embrace best practises by instilling a passion for data/information management in them. Streamline and industrialise Data/Information Management offerings to propel them forward. Contribute to taking Data/Information Management to the next level by constantly improving and innovating. Establish a strong reputation in the industry for Atkins as a leading presence and face of expertise in Data/Information Management. Requirements Strong knowledge of at least one of the following areas: metadata management, master data management, data function setup, or business glossaries. BIM and Information Management/Information Architecture knowledge are required. Pre-sales experience is preferred, as is prior experience developing go-to-market propositions/offers. Experience managing director-level stakeholder relationships and Chief Officer relationships is highly valued. Strong 360-degree understanding of various data disciplines and the ability to cross-pollinate with Data/Information Management are required.
