The Head of Data will create and implement the UK data strategy, leveraging data to support and grow our client's business in accordance with the business strategy. The Head of Data will be responsible for the successful implementation of data transformation, working closely with the transformation and UK leadership teams. This represents a shift to best-in-class technologies and processes. The role is part of a cross-functional team of skilled professionals that includes application specialists, development and creative teams, business analysts, and the insight and analytics team. It involves leading a team that collaborates across the business to identify data requirements, governance needs, and provide quality and timely data for customer consumption. The Head of Data will be accountable for creating a high performing, high energy culture that inspires individuals to reach their full potential by engaging and inspiring the Data Team. The role will suit an aspiring leader capable of influencing and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders across multiple transformation programmes, while also collaborating with global data experts to support the development and implementation of the UK data strategy.
