A Data & IT Manager is needed to oversee the systems for a Reading-based primary care clinic. You will be expected to provide proactive and comprehensive data collection, analysis, and reporting in order to maximise practise income while also providing clinicians and management with necessary data. Your responsibilities will also include assisting a junior assistant. What you will require to succeed You should have prior experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in primary care or general practise. To be successful in this position, you must be able to generate reports, analyse data, and present it in a meaningful manner. You must be proficient in data manipulation, such as using tools such as Microsoft Excel to perform data analysis and reporting. You should be able to provide basic technical support to users who run into problems. You must be able to collaborate with coworkers as well as provide guidance and support to junior staff members. It would be advantageous to be familiar with EMIS.
