Currently looking to drive innovative approaches to Process and Data Governance education and training all company data users, enabling the Governance function to balance operational responsive needs with strategic initiatives to drive Governance forward and continually ensure business acceptance and adoption. Your new role Our client would like to welcome a Process & Data Governance Manager to lead the deployment of the Governance Framework, through definition and prioritisation, in partnership with senior business stakeholders, transforming the process and data landscape, creating a culture of awareness and value. Additionally the role will require mastering the ongoing delivery of Governance and ensuring that quality and governance standards are continuously maintained and improved. What you'll need to succeed Knowledge and/or practical experience of at least one of the ISO standards associated with data, process, quality (e.g. ISO38505, ISO9000, ISO27000, ISO8000, ISO37170, ISO16175, ISO15944) Practical demonstrable experience of implementing Process and/or Data Governance models in large, complex organisation Significant experience of driving transformational change in large organisations using process design methodologies, practices and tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kepner-Tregoe etc. Previous experience deploying the Governance Framework Data landscape and business stakeholder engagement experience Excellent engagement and influencing skills with directors and senior leadership to inform and educate Experience of writing and implementing effective policies within a large and complex organisation, ideally based on ISO methodologies. High standards of integrity & ethics Degree level qualification in numerate, data and/or process discipline or equivalent experience What you'll get in return A competitive salary DOE up to £88000 with negotiable benefits and annual leave Car allowance + 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays + employer pension contributions up to 10% of salary Wider benefits include discretionary bonus, private health care, life assurance, enhanced maternity and adoption packages (note: some are non-contractual).
