Your new business You will be working in the Head Office of a well-known organisation in Weybridge, Surrey. While hybrid working is encouraged, the offices are modern and include an on-site café and gym! The office is well-connected by train to both Central London and the South Coast. There is also plenty of free parking on-site. Your new position You will be reporting to the Financial Controller and will have a high level of autonomy. As a member of the team in charge of planning and forecasting, you will be in charge of month-end reporting with commentary on variances from forecast, budget, and prior year. You will be a key business partner to operational and cost centre managers in driving finance performance by presenting data, advising, and challenging. This is a high-profile position, and you will be working with some of the most senior executives in the industry! What you will require to succeed In addition to your professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/overseas equivalent), you should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with non-finance partners and presenting complex data. You should also be self-assured in both a team and autonomous role, as well as proactive in meeting tight deadlines.
